MLP - Sunset Family Portrait

From left to right we have Astral Dusk, Valiant Heart (formerly Quarter Hearts, which is a fan-made name, but I'll be giving him my own name), Sunset Shimmer, and Eventide Twister!

Valiant Heart actually was a background pony in the episode "Flutter Brutter" and was supposed to be a reference to Link from the Legend of Zelda- bUT I've taken him and developed him into his own character. umu Or at least I'm in the middle of doing so in my head.

Valiant Heart is an explorer and collects/sells gems for a living. His name and talent comes from how resilient he is; he can handle tough, dangerous situations, hard hits, etc. umu 

INFO:

• When Sunset and her friends graduated from Canterlot High in the human universe, Sunset found herself losing her sense of direction without magic existing in the mirror world anymore.
• Upon Twilight's suggestion, she then decided to face her past and return to Equestria. She faced her parents (parent? Unknown, unless I create something for her) and then Celestia, who easily forgave her for her past deeds. 
  
• Sunset then realized just how much she'd missed her home dimension and how connected she felt to it and its magic. The mare made the decision to stay in Equestria (with periodic visits to the human dimension) and from there, Twilight allowed Sunset to stay in her castle while she rebuilt her life as a pony. 
• Sunset worked as Twilight's assistant and as a researcher for some time, studying magic and relearning the world she'd missed. 
• During one research project, Sunset ran into the mute stallion (or at least that's what I'm going with at the moment), Valiant Heart, whose expressiveness and variety of sounds and gestures spoke for him. He was very interesting to Sunset and easily became a new friend.
• In time, Sunset began to fall for Valiant’s passion for adventure, adorable dorkiness, and sweet and open demeanor (and the sass he let slip by here and there). He was easy to talk to and never made Sunset question how he really felt about her, which meant a lot to her as someone who struggled to believe ponies wouldn't judge her for her past. The two eventually became a couple, which in time led them to marrying.
• Dusk was their first born, and Eventide their second. Eventide being a pegasus sure was a surprise. xD
• Eventide was originally just a pegasus OC of mine, but I ended up tweaking her design and adding her to their family.
